Pan Fry Method
- Season raw fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan to medium heat.
- Add 10ml or 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Place the fish fillets into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until cooked throughout.
