Goldband Snapper
Goldband Snapper has a mild to medium flavour with a firm texture and low oil content. It is caught around the top of Australia and can be cooked in a variety of different ways. Goldband snapper is best matched with bitter greens and a lemon vinaigrette. It is perfectly matched with delicate Riesling wines such as Blanc de blancs and Chardonnay.
