- Lightly oil a frypan with 1 tablespoon (20mL) of oil and pre-heat on a high heat.
- Pat scallops dry and place in the pan. Sear each side for 1-2 minutes, depending on size, or until cooked.
- Season to taste.
TIP: Do not move the scallop until ready to be turned – this will create a delicious caramelised
