Pan Fry
- Lightly oil and season fillet.
- Heat frying pan to medium heat.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes skin side down first and then turn and cook for a further 4-5 minutes for rare or 5-6 minutes for medium/well done.
BBQ
- Lightly oil and season fillet.
- Heat BBQ hot plate to medium heat.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes skin side down first and then turn and cook for a further 4-5 minutes for rare or 5-6 minutes for medium/well done.
Oven Bake
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180˚C or 200˚C for a conventional oven.
- Lightly oil and season salmon and enclose in baking paper or aluminium foil.
- Place in oven and cook for 10-12 minutes for rare or 13-15 minutes for medium/well done.
