KB's Crispy Battered Fish Goujons

Cook from frozen.

Deep Fry

1. Preheat suitable frying oil to 170°C.
2. Deep fry fish portion for 5 minutes, until the fish is cooked completely through.

Shallow Pan Fry

1. Preheat half a cup of suitable cooking oil in the frying pan to medium to
high heat.
2. Turn heat down to medium heat.
3. Place frozen fish portion in the pan on medium heat.
4. Cook for 1 minute, turn and cook for a further 2 minutes, until product is
golden brown and cooked through.

Oven Bake

1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced, conventional 210°C.
2. Place frozen fish portion ona lined baking tray, in middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 11 minutes, turn and cook for a further 11 minutes, until golden and
cooked through.

Cooking times may vary depending on appliance, product must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
