Pan-Fry
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large frypan on medium heat.
- Place meatballs into pan and cook for 3 minutes. Turn frequently for a further 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
Oven Bake
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180˚C or 200˚C conventional oven.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil on a baking paper lined roasting tray. Place meatballs on the tray and roll to coat with oil.
- Oven bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
